Transparency, openness, and sophistication were central to this addition and renovation project in Cherry Hills. The architect and client were seeking a design that respected the historical neighborhood, without restricting new ideas for modern living. Raising the second floor and increasing transparency on the main level were paramount in achieving this vision. The sensible result combined a new urban chic genre with an old world industrial flair.
